01General Provisions

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jl6787 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or administrative charge to dormant accounts in accordance with its published schedule of fees, and to close inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice to the Player's registered email address. Any remaining balance in a closed inactive account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jl6787 accepts deposits made through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and Visa debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to the Player's jl6787 wallet instantaneously or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider's processing time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where a person other than the registered account holder funds the jl6787 wallet — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an investigation that may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the originating payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with jl6787's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. jl6787 targets the following processing timelines, which are subject to verification status and payment provider availability:

• GCash and PayMaya: Within 5–30 minutes of approval;
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer: Within 1–3 business days of approval;
• Visa card withdrawal: Within 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing.

4.3 Currency

Where bonus abuse is identified, jl6787 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and close the Player's account without further recourse.

06Game Rules and Fairness

12Privacy and Data

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, the parties may seek resolution through the appropriate regulatory authority or through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute governed by these Terms.
